Athletics Australia certified and based in Melbourne. Tom has rebuilt his own running mechanics from the ground up - including completing the David Goggins 4x4x48 challenge - and now brings that hard-won understanding to every athlete he coaches. He knows what it takes to train seriously around a full life.

Bachelor of Exercise Science, based across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. Mitch combines clinical precision with a coaching style that makes hard training feel manageable. He specialises in athletic performance and turning potential into measurable results.

Andy keeps Wild Blue's approach grounded in real foot science. He leads the foot health programme and runs live Q&As - because most running injuries start with what's happening below the ankle.

Lisa covers the stuff most coaching programmes ignore entirely - fuelling for performance, recovery nutrition, and female athlete health. She's also an ultrarunner, so she knows what the body actually needs under load.
