Here at Wild Blue we offer 1 main membership option that is designed to improve your strength, running and educate you, all at the same time.

Developing Strength

If you are a runner, or know runners, injuries are such a large concern, and can halt all progress. You can rapidly reduce your chance of injury if you build adequate strength in your body, runners for some reason forget this.

 

 All plans include online live strength class designed by our coaches, specifically for runners. They are currently held from Monday-Thursday in the mornings, but if you miss any, the programs are recorded and can be found on our app to watch anytime. These classes are boutique with a maximum of 12 runners in each class. Minimal equipment is required. You will also need a laptop with a webcam or phone so our coaches can observe your form.

Foot Health Is Underrated

Community & Accountability

We live on our feet, and yet, when was the last time you did a foot strengthening exercise? We were not willing to start this business without exercises devoted to foot health. Fortunately, we partnered with Andy Bryant, a renowned podiatrist based in Melbourne. When you join up, you will access to a library of foot health videos AS WELL as access to an exclusive monthly Q&A which is included for the Nomads. This aspect of the program is what we have received the most transformative feedback on.

Running can be lonely, we host community runs on the weekend in the Diamond Creek region, which will be eventually expanded to also include the Kensington/Footscray region as well. Community runs with your coaches are a great way to get on the go feedback on your running, as well as simply get fresh air in your lungs, and lots of steps in your watch.

Regardless of membership plan you will also get access into our exclusive and supportive Strava run club!

The Running Coaches & Plan

Your supportive and passionate running coaches, Mitch and Tom, will be there to support you in every step of the journey (pun intended). Once we understand your goal we will write you a tailored plan via Final Surge which can be changed depending on how you respond to the training and any life changes. This is NOT a PDF. Our programs are as personal as you are, and match your schedule and current fitness level. We see every one of your runs and can analyse them using our platform to track your progress, keep you accountable, and ensure you are on track.
 

If you join the Nomad Membership, we will also provide you with an in-person or online running analysis to access running form, foot strike and see if there is any way we can optimise your running.

You will be able to message your coaches anytime to ask questions. We will not hold back any of our knowledge and will help you any way we can.

Valid for all new members! This will give you full access to our whole program for 1 month for the price of $80. After the 4 week period you can then decide, based on your experience, whether you would like to continue.

Simply proceed to book and pay for the Nomad Membership and you will automatically be given 3 weeks for free!

We will contact you for an initial 1:1 Google Meet briefing and get you access to all of our offerings and learn more about you, your goals, injuries and get you started.

We will write you up a personalised plan, assign you online strength classes based on your availability, and your training begins.
